DEPOSIT After you have reviewed your quote and made your selections, we will send an invoice by email to collect a 50% down payment on-line. Note: The deposit secures your spot in our diaries and is payment for any design work, research, typesetting and materials and is non-refundable.

As we work on tight deadlines it's important that you answer emails promptly, failure to do so may delay your order as everything we do is on a first come, first served basis and timings can change very quickly.
