Sometimes you have to do things.....for no reason

When things aren't going as well as they should, the mind has a mental block or you just need to step away from it all and do something completely different.

This is my therapy....... 

Next on the list of to-do's,,,, how to make these slide shows HD.

Question: what do you do to de-stress? 

Play music? Dance? Draw? Paint? Garden? 

or something else? Share in the comments below... I'd love to knw.
