WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A CONSULTATION? THE PROCESS
Posted by Sue Simpson on
So you've been to see us and had a consultation.... what happens next?
After your consultation we’ll make up your cover design and email you a copy along with your invoice. Please read our Terms and Conditions and email us when you wish to go ahead.
We’ll then set up a custom listing for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This guarantees your slot and pays for the time it takes us to typeset and design your items.
Once your deposit has been paid and you have supplied us with all the wording and information we need, we’ll start the typesetting process and email you proofs for approval, so you can fully check all your spellings and grammar for any additions or errors. Now is the time to make any changes.
Changes cannot be made once final payment has been received so here’s a proof approval checklist to make sure you don’t miss anything.
When you are completely happy, we’ll set up another listing for the balance of your order. Personal callers to the shop can either pay on the website or in cash on collection.
Please note:
To save our couples money we don’t have a card machine at the shop as there is a monthly standing charge for these things and we’d have to charge you an extra 10%. We’d prefer not to have one and pass this saving on to you.
We also accept payment by BACS transfer, so please contact us should you prefer to use this method of payment.
Payments via the website can be made with all the major credit cards and Paypal.
Your invoice does not include P&P. This will be added into your final payment if you are unable to collect your items in person.
Thanks for ordering your items from Inspired by Script. We really appreciate you supporting a small UK based business,
You are important to us and we are here to help, so if there is anything you are unsure of, please feel free to contact us
I guarantee you a personal, one-to-one service direct from the maker and shaker!
Warm regards,
Sue xox
